What is a ticket?
A ticket is a technical synonym we use for question or request.
With a limited number of people to provide technical help, the only efficient and effective way to ensure that everyone gets the help they need (and nothing gets lost in the shuffle), is to have requests for repair, use, training, answers, etc. sent as tickets. There are two ways to create a ticket. One is to send an E-mail to helpdesk@npsd.org. Another is to login to https://helpdesk.npsd.org with your school Google credentials and click new ticket.
