I see a blue screen with a sad face. What should I do?

A blue screen with a sad face is usually accompanied by a message that begins with "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart."

Your computer should restart automatically in a few minutes.  If it continues to come to this blue screen and reboot, it means your computer is having a serious problem that you won't be able to correct.  You need to file a ticket.  You can do so on another computer, or, if you don't have access to another computer, call the main office and ask them to send in a ticket on your behalf.
